By accessing or using the Verika website and services operated by Envol Wealth Group Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Verika provides AI-assisted documentary video production services using authenticated archival footage from named institutional sources. Our services include free pilot productions, paid video production, and associated deliverables including C2PA provenance manifests, rights clearance reports, and fact-check documentation.
Free pilot productions are offered at no cost and with no obligation. A free pilot consists of one documentary video, under three minutes in duration, delivered within 12 hours of brief approval. Free pilots do not create a contractual obligation to purchase further services. We reserve the right to limit the number of free pilots per organisation.
All archival footage used in Verika productions is sourced from public domain or appropriately licensed institutional archives. Rights clearance documentation is provided with every production. You receive a licence to use the completed video for the purposes described in your brief. The underlying Verika platform, engine, and technology remain the intellectual property of Envol Wealth Group Inc.
While we fact-check every production against source archives, Verika does not guarantee absolute factual accuracy. The fact-check report provided with each delivery documents the verification process and sources consulted. You are responsible for final editorial review before publication.
You agree not to use Verika productions to create content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or designed to mislead. You agree not to remove or alter the C2PA provenance manifest embedded in delivered productions. You agree not to represent AI-generated narration as human-recorded speech without appropriate disclosure.
Verika and Envol Wealth Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific production giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
